Q: Is the Bridal Preview included in the bridal hair rates? What is included in the Preview?
A: A Bridal Preview is included with your selected package. We highly recommend scheduling a Preview to ensure your vision is perfected for your wedding day. The Preview includes one hairstyle of your choice, along with a complimentary hair extension consultation. It lasts 1.5 hours, so please arrive on time, as any delays may shorten your session.
Q: What should I have for the Bridal Preview?
A: Please bring accessories you plan to wear on your wedding day to your Bridal Preview, including earrings, necklace, hair accessories and extensions. You also have the option to choose from the extensions we offer. To best envision your overall look, we recommend wearing a white or ivory top. If you don't have a suitable top, Erika has bridal tops available for you to borrow. Please arrive with clean, dry hair.
Q: Are Previews for the bridal party too?
A: Due to high demand, we are unable to accommodate Previews for the bridal party at this time.
Q: When should the Bridal Preview be booked?
A: We will contact you with a list of off- seasons dates. If your wedding is in 2026, you will be contacted in the beginning of that year with dates available
Q: What is required to book?
A: A 50% deposit and completed contract. The deposit will guarantee your reservation and go toward your final balance for services. We cannot hold a date for you without a deposit and signed contract.
Q: Is there a bridal party minimum in order to book services?
A: We offer three bridal packages, each with its own inclusions and details. "The Richie" is our most budget-friendly option, making it the perfect base package.
Q: How long does each person's service take on the wedding day?
A: We allocate 45 minutes per bridal party member and 2 hours for the bride. Additionally, we begin with 30 minutes for setup and finish with 30 minutes for touch-ups.
Q: Cancelling services before the wedding day?
A: Our contract goes into great detail covering the fees associated.
Q: Are there holiday fees?
A: We do not have holiday fees, but holiday bookings are subject to availability. Our package pricing is straightforward and transparent, ensuring there are no hidden fees or surprises.
Q: Wet Hair?
A: Please arrive with clean, dry hair. If you or any bridal party members arrive with wet hair, you will need to dry it first, and this time will be deducted from your scheduled service.
Q: Can I bring clip-in extensions for the stylist?
A: You are welcome to bring your own extensions. Please let us know in advance if the bride or any bridal party members will be wearing extensions. We also offer Halo Extensions for brides who are interested in purchasing.
Q: How is payment accepted?
A: Check and Credit.
Q: Is travel included in the rates?
A: All travel costs and lodging are included in our Richie, Swiftie & Kardashian packages. No hidden fees!
Q: Should I tip on your final bill for makeup and hair services?
A: Gratuity is not included within our packages, but it is always appreciated!
Q: I am unsure of how many people want hair services. Can I book or should I wait?
A: To ensure proper staffing for your wedding, it's important to have a finalize service count and completion time. Your photographer is the best resource for determining your ready-by time, especially if you are having a first look. If you're unable to get this information, Erika can work with you directly to plan and reserve your day!
Q: Do you bring additional stylist(s) with you?
A: An additional Artist is included in The Swiftie package. There is the option to add an extra stylist to The Kardashian package. Erika can help determine the appropriate staffing based on your service count and completion time.
Q: What if my party size doesn't align with any of the package options?
A: We offer three different packages to best accommodate varying party sizes and needs. If your service count doesn't fit perfectly within a package, you have the option to add additional services/artist(s) or select the package that is the closest fit. Erika can help guide you in choosing the best option for your needs.
Q: What if I have an early completion time?
A: If you need to be finished very early or just wish to start later in the day, you can add artists to your package selection for an additional artist fee.
